Christopher J. Paskell Fund *- In 2003, Christopher J. Paskell, an avid hockey player and a member of our Laker’s Hockey family, died tragically in an accident at the age of 12. To honor his love for the game of hockey, his devoted family and friends created a fund to provide financial assistance to a deserving player.

Youth hockey traditionally has one of the longest seasons of all youth sports with the season starting at the end of August and running through April.

How to measure for new equipment...- Good protective Hockey equipment is not cheap. We've assembled some sizing charts to help you get the best fit as your player grows and advances. One of the most valuable sections of this document is the section that details Hockey Sticks, Replacement Blades and Shafts. There are some very detailed comparisons from different vendors so as the players increase in size, weight and ability they can adjust their stick of choice to best fit their shooting/playing style.
