Enhance your individual hockey skills with Sunday Skill Boost lessons.
Our goal is to develop players to their fullest capacity in a fun and hard-working environment. No matter the skill level or experience, we strive to push each athlete to his/her maximum potential.
The objective of each session is to provide an atmosphere for each player to grow, regardless of skill level. Improve skating, puck-handling, passing and shooting.
Following sessions are available on alternating sundays
Intermediate (U10-U12)
Designed for players looking to enhance their skills and gain more hockey confidence. Ideal for those newer to the game who need to work on edge control and foundational stick handling. Participants should be able to skate independently, move forward and backward, perform crossovers, and shift their weight effectively between both legs.
Advanced (U12-U14-U18)
Geared toward players who have mastered basic skating and stick handling skills and are ready to execute drills at higher speeds. Players will push themselves to perform at full intensity, with drills tailored to their age level. U16-U18 participants will be expected to demonstrate leadership and may be asked by coaches to showcase specific skills during sessions.

What to Expect
50 mininute on-ice skills lessons in small group setting
Schedule Example:
8:00 AM – 8:20 AM: Practice Plan and Player Q&A
8:30 AM – 8:50 AM: Skating
8:50 AM – 9:10 AM: Shooting Techniques, Puck Handling and Passing
9:10 AM – 9:20 AM: Small Area Games
9:20 AM – 9:30 AM: Off Ice Cool Down and Player Review
About the Instructor
Our lead instructor, Walsh Troiani-Gagner, brings a wealth of hockey experience and energy to the rink. With years of coaching players of all ages, his passion for the game is rooted in a lifetime of playing hockey across Canada, starting at the young age of 3. From exposure camps to high-stakes showcase tournaments, Coach Walsh has learned from some of the best in the sport—lessons he now channels into empowering the next generation of players.
Inspired by his time under legendary coaches, including Canada’s winningest university hockey coach Gardiner MacDougall, Coach Walsh is dedicated to fostering a confident and high-energy environment. He believes in building not only skills but the work ethic and resilience required to succeed in hockey and life. Known for his commitment to pushing players to believe in themselves while striving for excellence, Coach Walsh is ready to inspire and elevate your game!
