Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Travel - Coed
Junior Crusaders Tuition REFUND POLICY Without exception, money paid for tryouts and evaluations is non-refundable. Program tuition fees are also non-refundable. The Board of Directors will accept written requests for a refund exception only in the following circumstances: 1. If a player should suffer a hockey-related injury at a Junior Crusaders Youth Hockey event and, as a result of that injury, is unable to participate in the organization's normal activities for more than half of the regular season. 2. If a player's family moves away from the area before January 1 of the current season. Please understand that no refunds will be granted for any reason other than those specified above. This includes but is not limited to any or all of the following: players leaving to join another organization, whether hockey or not; to play for a high school team; due to dissatisfaction, issues with coaches, teammates, ice officials, Board of Directors, or leagues. In all circumstances, proof of exception must be submitted to the Board of Directors with the request. The refund amount, if any, will be prorated but not more than one-half of the tuition monies paid. If approved, the timeframe in which a tuition refund check will be issued may be subject to the availability of program funds. A 5% processing fee will be assessed for all refunds and subtracted from any refund amount approved.

Girls Development
All refunds are subject to approval by the program director and a 5% processing fee. Full refunds, less the processing fee, may be given if requested prior to the first day of class. After the session has started, partial refunds, less the 5% processing fee, may be considered. Refunds and credits will not be given for COVID related absences.
Mosquitos with Learn to Play

Achieve, U8 Hockey Jamboree
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent teams from participating in our tournament. As such, we have established the following refund policy to address such situations: Cancellation by Organizer: If the organizer cancels one of our tournaments or Jamborees due to insufficient team registrations, venue unavailability, or any other unavoidable circumstances, a full refund of the tournament fees will be issued to all registered teams. Team Withdrawal: If a team decides to withdraw from the tournament for any reason, the following refund policy will apply: Withdrawal more than 60 days before the tournament start date: A partial refund of 50% of the tournament fees Withdrawal within 60 days of the tournament start date: No refunds will be given, as preparations and scheduling have been finalized based on team registrations. Inclement Weather: If the tournament is affected by inclement weather conditions that result in game cancellations or postponements, the tournament organizers will make every effort to reschedule the affected games. If rescheduling is not feasible, partial refunds may be considered, depending on the extent of the disruption and expenses incurred. Refund Process: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Tournament Director via email. Requests should include the team name, contact information, and reason for withdrawal. Administrative Fees: Please note that administrative fees may apply to cover costs associated with processing registrations, scheduling, and other organizational expenses. These fees will be deducted from any refund amounts as applicable. Refund Timeline: Refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days of receiving the refund request. By participating in our tournament, teams acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this refund policy.
